Tom is an amazing leak detection specialist.
He detected a leak underneath our slab within the first 15 minutes of being on our property. He was kind and considerate of our circumstances (not having hot water to shower the kids) and dropped what he was doing to urgently attend our job.
I cannot tell you how lucky we were to have Tom recommended to us by another plumber that we trust. His fees were very reasonable and he got our hot water reconnected on the same day. He also took the time to explain to me exactly how our water pipes reticulated around the house and got some videos for us to share with our home insurance company. Thank you Tom so much for your prompt and quality workmanship. I wish all tradespeople were honest like you.

From the very first contact regarding a burst outdoor pipe, Tom was professional, responsive and easy to deal with. After I contacted him, he requested a video/photo of the issue so he could properly assess the job, then promptly came back with a written quote and clear advice about when he could attend. He followed through exactly as agreed.
Tom was polite, courteous and professional throughout the entire process. Once the job was completed, he left the work area clean and tidy, which was greatly appreciated.
I would highly recommend Tom to anyone looking for a reliable plumber, and we’ve already saved his number in our phone as our new plumber.
